The U.S. Marshals Service transported Landa from Texas to Rochester, where he was met by MCSO deputies and returned to Austin, according to Chief Deputy Mark May.

Ernesto Veraza, 50, was captured at the Lansing mobile home, when it was raided by local and state agents in January. He remains in the Mower County Jail on felony controlled substance charges for the manufacture and distribution of methamphetamine.

Still at large is Pedro Galvo, 51, also wanted in connection with the case, May said.

Mower County Sheriff Terese Amazi called the drug seizure one of the largest in the area.

In addition to a large quantity of methamphetamine and cocaine found hidden in the mobile home and outside the trailer, a large amount of cash, handguns and false IDs were also found, according to the sheriff's office.
