Cooperative Response Center employee Julie Tlamka works to hook up computers at the center’s new building on Eighth Street NW in Austin. CRC, which is a dispatch center for electric cooperatives and an alarm monitoring center, is relocating from the junction of Minnesota State Highway 56 and Interstate 90 south of Brownsdale.
