An injury-accident at the intersection of County Road 14 and 220th Street has sent two Spring Valley boys, aged 15 years old and 17 years old to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.

According to the Mower County Sheriff’s Department’s Chief Deputy Terese Amazi, the accident occurred shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday, when the 17-year-old apparently ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle driven by a 68-year-old LeRoy man.

The 17-year-old and his 15-year-old passenger were taken to St. Mary’s. Their conditions are unknown at this time.
