The deputy’s attention to detail paid off with the arrest of three burglary suspects.

Brandon Lee Silvers and James Piens, both of Rochester, and Ryan Sackett, Stewartville, are in the Mower County Jail, awaiting a formal complaint to be filed by the Mower County attorney.

The three are expected to be charged with the burglary of Isenberg Equipment Company, located along Highway 56 at the west edge of LeRoy.

After Williams noticed the tracks and prints in the snow outside two LeRoy businesses early Sunday, he found a door open at the John Deere dealership.

The three were apprehended later Monday morning, according to Sheriff Barry J. Simonson.

According to the sheriff’s report, $300 taken from a cash register at the implement dealer is still missing.

Woman found safe

Millie Brooks Rinaldi, 25, was located Monday after being reported missing by her husband, Mario on Sunday.

The husband told Austin Police Department investigators, he last saw his wife Saturday night, when she went to a part at Torge’s Bar and Grill at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Austin.

When she didn’t return home, he went to the Holiday Inn and discovered the woman’s car, containing her purse, in the parking lot.

Mary Rinaldi, mother of Mario, told police, she was in contact with the woman on Monday and that she was "safe and sound," according to the report.
