Lindy Mayer, 5, doesn’t stop when the going gets tough during Saturday’s Bratwurst Daze Kiddie Tractor pull in Stacyville, Iowa. Lindy is the daughter of Brad and Melissa Mayer of St. Ansgar, Iowa. It was her first tractor pull. Nearly 50 kids and 15 adults participated in the pedal-powered tractor pull competition. Other highlights at the Saturday celebration included a parade, the five-mile Brat Trot, softball and basketball tournaments, a fireman waterball contest, a street dance and the "best brats of the area celebrations" according to Austin resident Tom Purcell.
