John Baldner gives his dancing partner, Andrea Vilt, a whirl on the dance floor at Austin’s first special education prom Thursday afternoon. The prom was accomplished with help from many different people, including mainstream high school students, church members, Dave Pesonon of Cedar Valley Services, cosmetologists, parents and special ed teachers.
