Ellis Middle School teachers Sylvia Steir, Jodi Eich and Luann Meyer found themselves stuck up against the wall Thursday as part of the second annual fund raiser to benefit Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease afflicting one of Ellis’ students.

Ellis Middle School teachers Sylvia Steir, Jodi Eich and Luann Meyer found themselves stuck up against the wall Thursday as part of the second annual fund raiser to benefit Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease afflicting one of Ellis’ students. Ellis Principal Jeanne McDermott offered each teacher a chance to sing a song in order to earn their freedom. About $977 was donated in the Stick the Staff event sponsored by the school’s Student Council.
