Shirley Agnew Moore, 84, of Austin, Minnesota, died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017, at The Cedars of Austin.

Shirley was born April 9, 1933, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to Dr. Alec M. and Pauline (Creelman) Agnew. She graduated from York House School, Vancouver, B.C. in 1951, and Fenton Secretarial School, Vancouver B.C. in 1952. Shirley married George G. Moore, March 11, 1953 in Pasadena, California.

She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church since Jan. 4, 1968, where she served as a deacon, elder and Clerk of Session.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. and Mrs. A.M. Agnew.

Shirley is survived by her husband, George G. Moore of Austin; son, the Rev. Michael A. Moore and wife, Denise of Estes Park, Colorado; grandson, Alec Preston Moore of Chicago, Illinois; and a sister, Pauline Hall, West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Westminster Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Michael Olmsted officiating. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church one hour before the service. There will be no reviewal.
