The Southland softball team racked up a season-high 14 hits as it beat Lewiston-Altura (1-7 overall, 1-7 Three Rivers) 11-2 on the road Thursday.

Brianna Johnson and Lexi Shaw each had three RBIs in the win for Southland (2-7 overall, 2-7 Three Rivers).

“We came and hit the ball tonight, it was a fun game to watch,” Southland head coach Greg Schulte said.
