The Austin boys basketball team jumped out to a strong start as it blasted Rochester Century (4-19 overall, 3-16 Big Nine) 88-40 on senior night in its final regular season home game in Packer Gym Tuesday.

Austin (17-5 overall, 15-4 Big Nine) led from the start and senior Deng Deng got a chance to log in his most minutes this season. Deng went four-for-four on three-pointers as he finished with a career-high 12 points in the win.

“We were rolling tonight,” Austin head coach Kris Fadness said. “I’m really happy for Deng Deng and it was a special night for our seniors.”

Austin forced 28 turnovers in the win and it had just six turnovers of its own.
