The dome is open for business and organizers are giving the community more chances to check it out.

Several open houses will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, from 1 to 3 p.m. Jan. 26, and from 9 to 11 a.m. Jan. 28. The dome will be open to young children and families, and cost is $2 per child or $5 per family.

Austin’s Park and Recreation will also host a co-ed all-nighter softball tournament in the dome on Feb. 20. The competition will be a double elimination tournament. Teams will play with a wood bat and a 16-inch ball, which will be provided. One home-run will be allowed, innings will end if more than one home-run is hit. Teams must have 12 players exactly. Co-ed league rules will apply. Registration is $210 and is due by Feb. 15.
