The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team knocked off United South Central (12-5 overall, 4-4 Gopher) by a score of 55-44 in BP Friday.

“We played some of our best basketball of the year tonight,” BP head coach John Bruns said.

Kalyn Naatz had 13 points, six rebounds and two blocks for the Packers (13-5 overall, 6-3 Gopher).

BP had lost to USC 68-38 in its season opener.
