ST. PAUL — A judge has set bail at $2 million for a man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend and another man in St. Paul because he was angry about his breakup with the woman.

Twenty-four-year-old Jamaine Jamie Williams of Minneapolis was charged Friday in Ramsey County with two counts of second-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.

Williams is accused in the shooting deaths of the woman’s new boyfriend, 26-year-old Dominic Larrel Jasper of Blaine, and her roommate’s boyfriend, 23-year-old Kavonta Lashawn Pratt. A third man was seriously injured.
