Four stylists from the Style Lounge upgraded their skills through an intense training course in New York City.

Lindsey Haney, Chelsea Duvall, Sarah Wolfe and Kristen Albino took part in a four-day training course for salon professionals through The Redken Exchange. Along with stylists from around the globe, they learned advance techniques in hair design from leading experts in the salon industry.

The stylists plan to return to The Redken Exchange in 2016 to further their passion and skills.
