A free health fair called Know Your Numbers is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Nov. 14 at Mayo Clinic Health System in the lower level of the Rehab lobby area in Austin.

Organizers encourage participants to engage, equip, and empower themselves to live well. Join Mayo Clinic Health System staff and community partners for free wellness screening including blood pressure, BMI, glucose, cholesterol, and more. Learn about community wellness resources, get free chair massages, gifts to equip participants to live well, and an opportunity to sign up for the Mayo Clinic Patient Portal.
