The Southland volleyball team started strong, but it couldn’t hang on sat it lost by scores of 18-25, 22-25, 25-13, 25-7, 15-5 to Plainview-Elgin-MIllville (8-3 overall, 2-2 Three Rivers) in Adams Thursday.

Olivia Gray had 12 kills for the Rebels (2-6 overall, 1-3 Three Rivers).
