A 40-year-old Austin man was cited for driving after suspension after he rear-ended a car at the intersection of Ninth Avenue and 12th Street Southwest Monday.

Police Chief Brian Krueger said the 55-year-old driver of the other car was stopped at a stop sign at about 4:25 p.m. when he was struck from behind by the 40-year-old. The 55-year-old refused medical attention for minor neck pain.
