Austin softball team gets past Albert Lea

The Austin softball team picked up a 6-3 win at Albert Lea (5-3 overall) Wednesday.
Jaidyn Bastian allowed just five hits and zero earned runs for the Packers (2-6 overall, 2-4 Big Nine).
“She pitched really well and she was dominant,” Austin head coach Al Eckmann said.

Shayley Vesel had a double and a homer for Austin and Jordan Huntley went 3-for-4 with an RBI.
