Marion K. Williams, 92, of Danville, Illinois, passed away Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, at her home.

She was born May 11, 1922, in Austin, Minnesota, to Frank and Martha (Carberry) Kearns. In 1943, she married James Williams of Austin, who passed away on Oct. 30, 2014.

Marion taught kindergarten in Austin for 25 years. She was a member of St. James Methodist Church in Danville and a member of the P.E.O. Chapter H.X.

Marion is survived by a daughter, Jane (Keith) Strinmoen of Danville; four granddaughters: Heather (Walter) Pierce of Mahomet, Lizabeth (Kurt) Konwinski of South Bend, Indiana, Kristen (Phil) Vigil of Morris, and Heidi (Jason) Schultz of Streator; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; and a daughter, Kaye Miller.

Funeral services for Marion will be private. Inurnment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Austin, Minnesota. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles is handling the arrangements. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
