The Hormels are taking the stage once again at the Hormel Historic Home.

Sam Stacy and MarySue Hormel Harris, Stacy’s great aunt, will play piano selections at 3 p.m. on Jan. 27. A similar event planned for last January was cancelled due to the weather.

Stacy is a senior at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa, and he is a self-taught guitarist. He started playing at the age of 11 and has now opened shows for Ron Pope, Ari Herstand and Chris Ayer.

Harris, the granddaughter of Ben F. Hormel, has long been a part of Austin and has gifted the HHH with donations to support musical events, including an annual piano competition.

The piano concert is open to the public, and residents are encouraged to call to reserve a seat.
