Colleen Marie Brownlow, age 77, of LeRoy, Minnesota, passed away Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at Austin Medical Center in Austin, Minnesota.

Colleen Marie Iverson was born to Melvin and Bernice (Conlon) Iverson on Jan. 30, 1937, in Austin, Minnesota. She was a 1956 graduate of LeRoy High School. On Sept. 8, 1956, Colleen was united in marriage to Robert Brownlow. Colleen enjoyed her husband, children, grandchildren, and sisters. When she wasn’t spending time with her family, Colleen enjoyed reading, movies, water aerobics, cooking and Bridge Club.

Colleen is survived her husband, Bob of LeRoy, Minnesota; children, Theresa (Harold) Beckett of Farmington, Minnesota, Kris (Mark) Thompson of Bettendorf, Iowa, Kay (Bill) McCloud of LeRoy, Minnesota, and Robert J. (Vivian) Brownlow of Akron, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sisters, Diane (Gene) Hoffman of Newton, Iowa, Kay (Bill) Pompeii of Rochester, Minnesota, Mary (Doug) Austin of Farmington, Minnesota, and Connie (Steve) Lindstrom of Harmony, Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Bernice and grandson, Michael.

Memorial services for Colleen will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in LeRoy, Minnesota, with Father Marreddy Pothireddy officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. Visitation will be held 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, with the rosary being recited at 3:30 p.m. at the Hindt Funeral Home in LeRoy, Minnesota, and the visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at church.
