Cleola L. Yoder, 86, died at her home in rural Austin, Minn., on April 20, 2014.

Cleola L. Miller was born on Dec. 2, 1928, in Kalona, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Albert Yoder on Sept. 23, 1954, in Kalona, Iowa. Albert died in 2010. Cleola enjoyed gardening, sewing, reading and feeding the birds.

Cleola is survived by her son, Leslie (Brenda) Yoder, of Centerville, Mich.; two daughters, Grace (Nelson) Troyer, and Rose (Nate) Miller both of Apple Creek, Ohio; two sisters, Katie Ann (Dennis) Shetler, Kalona; Matti (Joe) Yoder, Colon, Mich.; three brothers, Wilson (Lois) Miller, Kalona; Menno (Elizabeth) Miller, Wellman, Iowa; and Fred (Ida Ellen) Miller, Nashville, Ark.; and one sister-in-law, Ruby Miller, Phoenix, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Albert; and brother, Junior Miller.

The funeral service for Cleola L. Yoder will be 10 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2014, at Fairview Mennonite Church in Kalona, Iowa, with Pastor Dennis Martin, and Pastor Perry Miller co-officiating. Interment will be in the Fairview Mennonite Church Cemetery in Kalona, Iowa. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home 501 2nd St. NW in Hayfield, MN and 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2014, at the Fairview Mennonite Church in Kalona, Iowa. The family prefers memorials to the Prairie Mennonite Church in Blooming Prairie, Minn.
