The Zonta Club of Austin is looking for nominations for its Woman of Achievement Award and dinner to be held in March.

For the last two years, women have been nominated by family, friends or colleges for this honor. Jeanne Sheehan and Elaine Hansen are past award winners.

People can fill out the nomination form and leave the rest up to the club to follow through. Contact Shelley Jones at 507-437-3282 for a form or go to www.zontaclubofaustinmn.org and print the form. All candidates will be honored at the Woman of Achievement Dinner on March 4, 2014, at St. Edwards Corcoran Center in Austin.

The dinner also serves as the Zonta Club’s fundraiser for scholarships offered on a yearly basis. Each year Zonta awards two international scholarships: Young Women in Public Affairs and Jane M Klausman. A nontraditional scholarship at Riverland Community College and GED scholarships are also given. Nominations will be accepted through Jan. 3, 2014.
