Todd Richard Johnson, 43, of Austin. Convicted of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Sentenced to 234 months in prison. Offense dates: Jan. 1, 1999, Jan. 1, 2001, and April 16, 2013.

Jacqueline Couture Fisher, 22, of Northfield. Convicted of two counts of second-degree drug sale; received stay of imposition. Sentenced to 25 years’ supervised probation and 80 hours’ supervised probation. Offense dates: Aug. 9 and Aug. 15.

Luis Rey Rodriguez, 27, of Austin. Convicted of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon causing substantial bodily harm. Sentenced to 27 months in prison. Offense date: Feb. 20.

Ernesto Angel Salinas, 31, of Albert Lea. Convicted of storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 40 hours’ community service. Offense date: July 17.

Dana Alan Plotts, 34, of Austin. Convicted of DWI and fleeing a peace officer in a vehicle (received stay of imposition). Sentenced to 90 days in jail and three years’ supervised probation. Fined $500. Offense date: May 4.
Tyson Randall-George Thomas, 33, of Austin. Convicted of third-degree drug sale. Sentenced to 20 years’ supervised probation and 40 hours’ community service. Offense date: March 22.

Dustin Wayne Dennison, 31, of New Ulm. Convicted of financial card fraud. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation. Must pay $3,185 in restitution. Offense date: Jan. 18.

Ismael Sachez-Rosas, 20, of Arcadia, Wis. Convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Sentenced to 30 years’ supervised probation. Offense date: Jan. 1, 2007.

Fidel Enrique Molina, 32, of Austin. Convicted of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. Sentenced to 39 months in prison. Offense date: Dec. 3, 2012.
