A line of large line of thunderstorms moving through the area this morning to open what should be a stormy, steamy Tuesday.

After the first line of storms, temperatures were expected to heat up to around 87 and heat indices of 90 to 95, according to the National Weather Service.

The weather service warned of a second batch of storms late this afternoon into this evening, with the potential for large hail, damaging winds, localized flash flooding and isolated tornadoes.
