Janice Elvyra Johnson, 78, of Alden, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at St Marys Hospital in Rochester. Services will be at a later date in Madelia.

Janice is survived by her husband, Alfred “Bud” Johnson, of Alden; son Jeff (Carol) Johnson of Albert Lea; grandchildren, Jacob (Christina) Johnson of Rock Island, Ill., Joshua Johnson and his fiancee Bridgette Welter of Roseville; great-grandchildren, Bjorn and Nicolas Johnson; and sisters, Glenys (Robert) Ehlers of Bayport and Gayle Pederson of North Mankato.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Gladys (Peterson) Johnson; and sister Shirley Jahnz.
