Sam Hagan knows how much popcorn is in a tin or microwavable bag. And now he knows how much $20,000 worth of popcorn is, too. That’s how much popcorn the local Boy Scout from the Southern Trails District has sold in six years.

Hagan has been the top popcorn salesman in the Southern Trails District for the past three years. This year he was the top salesman in the much larger area of the Twin Valley Council with $5,024.

Sam recently received top salesman certificates from Twin Valley Council Executive Paula Nuessmeier.
