TRITON — The Hayfield girls basketball team picked up their first win of season when they beat Triton (0-4 overall) 66-43 on the road Friday.

Dani Wagner scored 19 points for the Vikings (1-2 overall), who led by just four at the half.

“We were trying to force the action and we let them back in the game,” Hayfield head coach Fred Kindschy said. “It was an ugly at times.”
