Kurt Bills to visit Austin

Senate candidate Kurt Bills is bringing his campaign to Austin Wednesday.

Bills, who is challenging Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar, is scheduled to stop at the Austin Hy-Vee from 3 to 3:30 p.m.

Bills will be stopping with the Tea Party Express, which is currently doing a bus tour around the country to endorse candidates.

The Tea Party Express will stop with its trademark campaign bus, which is equipped with a portable phone bank to help drive voter turnout in the final weeks of the campaign.

Before stopping in Austin, the bus will stop in Mankato from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at the Republican Victory Office, 12 Civic Center Plaza Suite 1645.
