—Juan Ramirez Aguilar, 48, of Austin. Convicted of DWI — refusing to submit to chemical test. Fined $610. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation. Dismissed charge: DWI. Offense date: Oct. 24, 2011.

—Stephanie Marie Ramirez, 23, of Claremont. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to one year and one day in prison stayed for 180 days in jail, 10 years supervised probation and 50 hours community work service. Dismissed charge: Storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult. Offense date: Jan. 5, 2011.

—Ryan Pickar, 31, of Austin. Convicted of eight counts possessing pornographic work. Re-sentenced to 120 days in jail, five years supervised probation and complete sex offender treatment. Offense date: Jan. 1, 2007.

—Jeffrey Alan May, 52, of London, Minn. Convicted of driving after cancellation, inimical to public safety. Fined $395. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year unsupervised probation. Offense date: May 13, 2011.
