The Austin boys basketball team committed a season-high 35 turnovers in a 71-39 loss at Owatonna (20-4 overall, 14-2 Big Nine) Tuesday.

The Packers (12-10 overall, 10-6 Big Nine) led 11-7 early, but the Huskies responded with a 35-7 run to close the half and it wasn’t close again.

“It was a very frustrating performance,” Austin head coach Kris Fadness said. “With the way we were playing last week, I thought we’d give them a good game, but we couldn’t handle their press.”
