Christmas celebration is set for YMCA

YMCA

With Christmas just around the corner, Santa is gearing up for his busiest time of the year. Before he concentrates on making sure all his deliveries get done, he will be stopping by the YMCA this Saturday, from 6 to 8 p.m. to hear last minute Christmas ideas from the kids. Come have your picture taken, decorate cookies, go for a swim on the inflatables, and participate in other fun family activities. This is a free event for our members with a family membership and $20 for community members without a membership.

As one year ends and another will be soon begin, it’s a good time to set some new goals for the coming year.

For those of you with fitness goals, we have new 4, 8, or 12 week Personal Coaching Programs that feature workouts catered to your fitness aspirations as well as a nutrition planning and one personal training session each week of the program. These programs help keep you accountable while also giving you the freedom to plan it around your busy schedule.  Contact our Director of Healthy Living Katie Bielefeld for more information.

For those of you with goals of keeping your young ones active, registration is now open for our Winter Programs starting in January. Whether your child is passionate about youth sports, swimming, or gymnastics, we have programs for everyone. Stop in and pick up a Winter Program Guide to sign your children up today!
