Mower Refreshed holding fourth annual Take 5 event

Mower Refreshed will host its fourth annual Take 5 event from 8:30 a.m. to noon June 11 at the Austin Artworks Center 300 Main St. N.

That day’s presentations aim to explore topics on self-care that offer practical steps to viewing daily living through a new lens.

Keynote speakers will include Christy Tryhus, Simply Balanced, coaching and training; Kay Middlebrook, Mayo Clinic Health System, Take 5 Engagement.
