Area farmer, storyteller to share his story
A local farmer and storyteller will share his experiences on the farm.
KSMQ will interview storyteller Michael Cotter this month in conjunction with the national PBS documentary “A Farm Story With Jerry Apps,” about a Wisconsin historian’s life on the farm in the 1930s and ‘40s.
Cotter is a longtime Austin fixture and is well-known for his various tales about life on the farm. He also hosts open mic nights at the Brickhouse in Austin. Cotter will entertain with his stories during the documentary’s intermissions.
