Ex-Austin resident denies molestation charges from 2007
A 20-year-old man accused of sexually molesting a young girl from 2007 to 2009 has pleaded not guilty in Mower County Court.
Ismael Sanchez Rosas, of Arcadia, Wis., pleaded not guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim younger than 13.
The girl said Rosas forced her to have sex with him during that time period when they lived in the same home in Austin. Rosas denied the charges when speaking to an investigator, according to the criminal court complaint in Mower County.
He has a pretrial set for June 7.
