Brian LaKeith Bell, 26, of Milwaukee, Wis. Convicted of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. Sentenced to 36 months in prison. Offense date: Sept. 19, 2012.

Megan Rose Cassidy, 21, of Austin. Convicted of theft and DWI. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 80 hours’ community service. Fined $500. Must pay $241 in restitution. Offense date: Sept. 5.

Robert James Fallin, 22, of St. Paul. Convicted of theft. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 80 hours’ community service. Offense date: July 8.

Richard Edward Goodew, 23, of Albert Lea. Convicted of receiving stolen property. Sentenced to 15 months in prison. Offense date: Dec. 15, 2010.

Anthony Ray Harp, 51, of Austin. Convicted of domestic assault. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and fined $500. Offense date: May 10.

Waleed Abdulaziz Thatcher, 29, of Rochester. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 17 months in prison. Offense date: July 8.

Patrick John Dion, 30, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 10 years’ supervised probation. Offense date: May 14.

Troy Arthur Leeper, 40, of Austin. Convicted of driving after cancellation, inimical to public safety. Sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation. Fined $300. Offense date: June 22.
