Students recognized for Science Fair projects

About 200 projects were involved in Wednesday’s competitive Science Fair for students in third- through eighth-grades. Students who earned a purple ribbon, the highest award, are eligible to register in the regional fair in Mankato.

Awards ceremonies were held at Banfield on Thursday and Ellis on Friday. Two special awards were presented by Hormel Foods Corp. Research and Development, and The Hormel Institute.

Division 1:
