Several motorists say people fired a pellet gun at passing cars shortly after 12 a.m. in Austin on Monday.

An officer went to the 900 block of Fourth Street NW where one victim made the report. The victim said the suspects, one black and two white males, fired at his car and others. Police spoke to numerous witnesses and two reportees, who say the suspects fired at at least two cars, if not more. Witnesses also believed the suspects were shooting at signs and trees in the neighborhood.

According to the police report, a 14- and 15-year-old boy are each suspects in the case. There is no damage estimate at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
