An Austin man is awaiting possible charges for indecent exposure, which occurred on Friday evening, Feb. 3.

According to Police Chief Brian Krueger, a female liquor store employee made a delivery to the 1300 block of Ninth Ave. SE where a 63-year-old man allegedly answered the door wearing no pants and no underwear. Krueger said the employee informed authorities, and information has been forwarded to the Austin City Attorney’s Office for review. Officials did not release the name of the individuals involved or the liquor store that made the delivery.
