Local group to tour Red Wing flora
Mower County residents will be cultivating some garden knowledge this weekend in Red Wing.
The Mower County Horticultural Society is offering a bus trip to Red Wing, Minn., this Saturday, which features stops at several homes, Covill City Park and Smith Brothers Gardens and Metal Works. The bus departs from the Walmart parking lot in Austin at 7 a.m., and registration is $10 for members and $15 for guests.
