Award-winning author, naturalist and storyteller Kevin Strauss will host a program called Amazing Animal Tales at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center’s Ruby Rupner Auditorium.

Strauss will share folktales and stories about bears, deer, beavers, bugs and birds that, along with science information.

This program is free and open to the public and is sponsored by the Friends of the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center and the Austin Audubon Society.
