Minn. man to spend month in glass apartment at MOA
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (AP) — A Twin Cities man will spend the next 30 days on display in a glass apartment at the Mall of America.
The 45-year-old entertainer will live at the Bloomington mall starting Friday and continuing through April 16. It’s part of a new project created by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.
For privacy reasons, the man is only identified as “Scott.” The idea is for him to model daily physical activity and healthy eating.
“The Human Do.ing” project is part of the Blue Cross “do” campaign, aimed at getting Minnesotans to live healthier lifestyles.
The glass apartment is located on the mall’s main level, between Nordstrom and Macy’s. Scott’s bed will be surrounded by a curtain, and he will have a private bathroom.
