NWS issues flood watch starting at 4 p.m.
The National Weather Service in La Crosse, Wisconsin has issued a flash flood watch from 4 p.m. today through Saturday evening.
Mower County is likely to receive showers and thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rains throughout the duration of the watch. Rivers and streams could rise quickly from excessive runoff, flooding out secondary roads. Flooding over fields and roads in poorly drained, low laying areas is also possible.
