A Brownsdale man pleaded guilty Tuesday in Mower County Court for molesting a girl from 2005 to 2009, starting when she was younger than 12.

Timothy Gregory Heimer, 41, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony. In exchange, six related charges were dismissed.

Heimer was also convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct in 1993 from a 1992 incident.

Heimer could face 30 years in prison and a $40,000 fine if convicted, and he would have to register as a predatory offender for life. Heimer’s sentencing is scheduled for March 22.
