It’s the bees knees: Theater to perform ’50s version of ‘Cinderella’
Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre is ready to play it cool with “Cinderella” this weekend.
While many people know “Cinderella,” Prairie Fire is bringing the bees’ knees as the cast will perform a 1950s interpretation of the beloved fairy tale. While Cinderella may still be stuck working for her stepsisters Rona, Mona, Zona and stepmother, Wynona, she really wants to go to a concert by world-famous rock star Mikey, who’s in town to promote his latest record.
The cast will catch you on the flip side at 7 p.m. Friday, May 11, and 1 p.m. Saturday, May 12 at Blooming Prairie High School. Prairie Fire invites you to Hubba Hubba down and get your tickets at the door.
