Thomas hits for 31 in BP win

Behind the 31 points of Michael Thomas, the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms scored a 62-59 win over Randolph Friday night in Blooming Prairie.

BP found itself down by nine midway through the second half, but with John Rumpza in foul trouble, Thomas stepped up and poured in 24 of his 31 points.

“We were able to regain the lead,” head coach John Bruns said.

“A game like this is going to make us a lot better in the future,” he continued. BP improves to 9-6 overall with a 5-1 Gopher Conference record.
