A Mower County inmate set for trial in a June 2011 burglary and assault case allegedly threatened to kill another inmate this May.

Alfredo Jessie Rosillo, 32, pleaded not guilty Thursday in Mower County Court to felony terroristic threats.

Rosillo allegedly told the inmate, “I know where you live. I know where you sleep. I’m going to kill you when I get out of here,” the court complaint states.

Rosillo — a career criminal who has been convicted and sent to prison multiple times for drug crimes, terroristic threats, burglary and domestic assault — allegedly pointed at the other inmate, pounded his fists together and made racial remarks, as well.

Though Rosillo said he would not speak without a lawyer, he told the officer, “If I knew where that … lived, he’d already be dead.”

Rosillo is still in jail from last June’s alleged burglary and assault. Rosillo reportedly shot his .22 handgun in the victim’s car as she tried to get away, shot three times in her garage as he went after her and once more in her home.

K-9 Ghost located Rosillo hiding in a marshy area. Police searched and later found 5.5 grams of meth and a baggy of .22 shells. Though police did not find the gun, they searched the home the next day and found a .22 shell casing, as well as holes in the car, garage and home.

Both the woman and threatened inmate told officers Rosillo is in the Mexican Mafia and has committed murder, according to court complaints.

Rosillo’s pretrial for last year’s burglary is set for July 5. He faces 10 felony charges in that case. Rosillo is also on trial in Dakota County for possession of a firearm by an ineligible person. He is currently held in the Mower County jail on $500,000 bail.
