Hunter VaDeer, pitcher, Lyle-Pacelli

VaDeer finished his stellar career with the Athletics by winning the Gatorade Player of the Year Award for Minnesota. The Creighton commit hit .418 with nine homers, six doubles, one triple and 43 RBIs, while drawing 12 walks and striking out 13 times. The senior maintained an ERA of 0.86 with 111 strikeouts, while allowing just 12 hits and 42 walks.

first base, Lyle-Pacelli

The senior and Upper Iowa commit hit .419 with 10 doubles, two triples, one homer and 27 RBIs. Meyer also gave L-P some solid pitching as he had an ERA of 1.73 with 52 strikeouts. He allowed 36 hits and 16 walks.

Logyn Brooks, second base, Lyle-Pacelli

The senior hit .373 with a homer, six doubles, two triples and 24 RBIs, while stealing 19 bases.

Hunter Simonson,

second base, Hayfield

The senior was solid on defense as he helped turn 13 of the 16 double plays issued by the Vikings this spring. He hit .349 with an on-base percentage of .491 to go along with four doubles, one triple, 11 RBIs, and 27 stolen bases.

Grady Meyer, shortstop, Lyle-Pacelli

The freshman hit .373 with four doubles and 17 RBI. On the mound, Meyer had an ERA of 1.15, while striking out 62 and allowing 36 hits and 16 walks.  He picked off six runners on the season when he was on the mound.

Austin Swenson,

utility, Southland

The senior hit .410 with 12 doubles, 12 RBIs and had an on-base percentage of .505.

Noah Dunlap, outfielder, Austin

The junior hit .380 with seven doubles, 11 RBIs and 10 stolen bases. On the mound, Dunlap had an ERA of 1.51 as he struck out 87, while allowing 31 hits and 26 walks.

Kael Steele, outfield/pitcher, Hayfield

The junior was 6-2 on the hill with an ERA of 2.20. He struck out 68, while walking just 22 in 57 and one-thirds of an inning. Steele allowed just seven stolen bases in 57 innings pitched. At the plate, he hit .299 with three doubles, one triple and 23 RBIs, while walking 16 times and stealing 16 bases.

Brady Kittelson, outfield, Blooming Prairie

The senior hit .329 with one homer, three doubles, and two triples and RBIs.

HONORABLE MENTION

Beau Sathre, outfield, Southland

The sophomore hit .357 with four homers, four doubles, 18 RBIs and an on-base percentage of .511.

Easton Meyer,

pitcher, Southland

The junior went 7-2 overall with an ERA of 1.98, while striking out 36 and walking 16.

Landon Hill,

catcher, Southland

The sophomore hit .343 with five doubles and 17 RBIs.

Noah Goergen,

outfield, Southland

The senior hit .350 with five doubles and 19 RBIs with 13 stolen bases.

Maverick Hanna,

shortstop, Southland

The senior hit .333 with 15 RBIs. Hanna committed just three errors the entire season.

Eric Bermea,

outfield, Hayfield

The senior hit .354 with four doubles and 16 RBIs. On the mound, he was 5-3 with three saves, while maintaining an ERA of 2.80. Bermea struck out 39 and he walked 21.

Benton Purkapile,

catcher, Austin

The junior hit .421 with three doubles and 10 RBIs.

John Rollie, pitcher, Austin

The junior maintained an ERA of 2.73, with 42 hits, 18 walks, 44 strikeouts. At the plate, Rollie hit .364 with five doubles and 11 RBIs.

Jonah Klein,

outfield, Austin

The sophomore hit .321 with two RBIs.

Hunter Wollenburg,

outfield, Lyle-Pacelli

The sophomore hit .339 with five doubles, two triples and 17 RBIs.

Carsten Ingvalson, catcher, Blooming Prairie

The junior hit .362 with eight doubles with 17 RBIs and a new school record 32 stolen bases. On the mound, Ingvalson had an ERA of 2.60, while striking out 43 in 37 and two-thirds innings.

Alex Lea, pitcher, Blooming Prairie

The senior was 6-5 overall with a 2.37 ERA. He walked just five batters and struck out 29 in 65 innings. Lea hit .258 with seven doubles and 17 RBIs.

Gabe Staloch, pitcher/shortstop, Blooming Prairie

The sophomore hit .265 with a homer, three doubles and 17 RBIs. He was 4-1 overall on the mound with a 3.22 ERA.
