Page/Wagner approval of agreement with School Management Services effective 11/1/24, 4-0
Skaar/Page to appoint Bradley Carlton as Deputy Board Treasurer and Sharon Alms as Deputy Board Clerk, 4-0
Leathers/Wagner to authorize Bradley Carlton and Joey Page as signatories to lease, purchase, and contract for goods and services, 4-0
Skaar/Page to approve 6/25/24 meeting minutes, 4-0
Skaar/Leathers to approve May-Oct treasurer’s reports, 4-0
Leathers/Wanger to approve bills, 4-0
Carlton provided financial report.
Principal Amy Schulz provided enrollment and operations report.
