— Jonathan Jose Gomez Zamora, 21, Faribault, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $250 each for two gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm-under influence alcohol. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 360 days in jail. He was given credit for four days served.

— Stephanie Kay Hanson, 56, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI operate a motor vehicle-any amount of a schedule I/II drugs/metabolite. Not cannabis/hemp. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Kevin Khamsa, 34, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possess a schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions.

—Samuel Joseph Meyers, 23, Rochester, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Jason Patrick Tope, 49, Albert Lea, was sentenced to 90 months in prison for felony second degree drug sales-sale 10 grams or more-a narcotic other than heroin/fentanyl within 90 days. He was also sentenced to 364 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI operate a motor vehicle-any amount schedule I/II drugs/metabolite; not cannabis/hemp. Sentences are to run concurrently.

— Daniel James Bartel, 70, LeRoy, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI any amount schedule I/II drugs. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.

— Gerald John-Calvin Qualey, 66, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm-alcohol concentration .08 or more within two hours of driving. He must follow several conditions and pay $34,401.37 restitution.

— Daniel James Bartel, 70, LeRoy, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor DUI-operate a motor vehicle under influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 362 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.

— Chad Raymond Briggs, 47, Mazeppa, was given credit for two years unsupervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow several conditions.

— Tyler John Hill, 46, Austin, was sentenced to 36 months in prison and $50 fine for felony predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration. He was also sentenced to 23 months in prison for felony escape from custody-held pursuant to lawful arrest while on charge or conviction or adjudication. Sentences are to run concurrently.

— Mary Katherine Klingsporn, 46, Oronoco, was sentenced to one year supervised probation each for two felony nonconsensual dissemination or private sexual images-intentionally disseminate image w/out consent.
